Saw a property I was interested in and reached out to Media Reality and no one answered. Called , left several voice mails , and send multiple emails with no response whatsoever. 2 weeks after blowing up their phones and emails come to find out that the property I wanted was off market. HIGHLY disappointed and don’t recommend using Media Reality. Erika and her team disappointed me.

So disappointed in the lack of communication. No emails were responded to neither my husband or I. They did what was convenient for THEM, but kept us out of the loop instead of being honest.

Erika was not the first agent we hired. We chose another agent to sell the family home at first. Big mistake. Unfortunately it sat for months without any real interest. We didn’t know what was wrong or what to do. So under the recommendation of a close family friend, we called her for a second opinion. We couldn't have sold our home with any other agency. Erika and staff were amazing and answered my questions honestly so I always knew exactly what to expect and they kept us updated so we could make more informed decisions. I was nervous about selling my home and moving out of state, but everyone helped guide me in the right direction. Then when items came up at inspection I was worried I would lose the buyers, but Erika held it together and brought us to closing. Now I'm happily sitting on a beach in January!
