Working with Erika has been a wonderful growth experience for me. I had the privilege of finding someone who understood my mixed background and life experiences. She’s dedicated and very resourceful. I still follow distance counseling, even though I don’t live in Austin any more, because she’s so effective. Thank you Erika!
She is a good therapist however don't ever expect to get sick or have car issues last minute. I understand the 24hr cancellation policy and as an established patient, she knew about my car situation and still charged me as my car wag getting towed away. Business is business but retaining long term patients is more than just getting paid. I guess that is what all of this was about. Beware and never miss appointment with her!
My adolescent son received a well balanced mix of compassion and effective direction that has been immensely helpful to our family.
Working with Erika was a great experience. She provided great help for myself and my family, the comfort and care she provided throughout was exceptional.
