I had a colonoscopy May 4, 2026 with Dr. Degayner. I will admit that I had some concerns based on the negative reviews, but I’m glad that I ignored those feelings. She was very nice, explained the process clearly, and spoke with my husband and I after the procedure. I would highly recommend Crowne Point Endoscopy and Dr. Degayner, the staff was amazing.

After waiting almost a month and a half to see Dr. Degainer about a procedure I was nervous about, I found out after making me wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appt. time, why there are so many poor reviews about this woman. This woman is a joke!!! I have a question to her why go into a field where you are “supposed” to help people and be companionate only to have a personality of a judgmental, arrogant, know it all? Dr. Degayner/Quack is very unprofessional! She told me, "This isn't Burger King here, have it your way" when referring to my health concerns and future treatments! She was rude and condescending. I didn't get the results of my small bowel series either. She doesn't like patients to speak up or advocate for their own health, because then she's not the smartest person in the room!
