Simply the Best. The buyer said he was not going to inherit a water problem if the source of the water was not located. And this is 3 days before closing. The buyer and his inspector found a water puddle in the middle of the kitchen floor and they suspected the water problem was from pinhole in the pipe underneath the kitchen floor.
