I needed to get some antibiotics for a uti, got connected with him and he seemed irritated already. I was trying to explain to him that I have a uti and I have a history with them so I know what my symptoms are but he refused to believe me or let me finish describing what I was experiencing. I did telehealth with this doctor and actually almost ended the call after the first 20 seconds because of how absolutely rude he was. I have never experienced a doctor act like this. He cut me off within the first 30 seconds as I was trying to give brief history and said “don’t need to hear that” and was completely dismissive and downright disrespectful. He’s terrible, arrogant, doesn’t listen, leaves you feeling worse and doesn’t seem to care. Avoid at all costs.
Didn't care to listen to symptoms and waived away patients concerns. Very unprofessional. Avoid.
The doctor was very condescending and rude. He got argumentative when I tried to explain my symptoms and wouldn't let me talk. He didn't listen to my concerns. And the appointment was a waste of time.
He interrupted me every single time I attempted to answer his questions, then he stated the opposite of everything I told him.
Woke up with my right ear completely plugged up from an infection, along with some pretty intense pain. I quickly went online to find an affordable telehealth service that could help me get some antibiotics. I found one that could get me in immediately for $29, I was connected to Dr. Bernhoffer. Waste of time and money - didn’t even give me 3 minutes before he decided my concern was not worth his time - he couldn’t even bother to call in eye drops for me - what a joke!
