Dr. Koskinen gave me an emergency appointment in less than 24 hours. An old filling had broken. He replaced it but not before he conducted several diagnostic tests to be sure that more extensive work was not necessary, he checked the adjoining teeth and my bite. There was decay under the old cavity. That was removed, and the cavity replaced within an hour. I was very pleased. Recommendations were made in the eventuality of pain,
I had a cleaning with Tracy and I think she is fantastic. She is the only one I will see because she is kind and understanding about my anxiety and she is friendly and fun and gets my mind off of what is being done. She is also very knowledgeable and found a serious problem when I was there and convinced me to let her do ex-rays so she could evaluate the problem more clearly but at the same time she wasn't pushy. I was in at 9:00, out by 9:45, and novocaine was targeted to just the area of the tooth, so I didn't leave with "fuzzy mouth". As always, Dr. Koskinen was both friendly and efficient, as was his assistant, Ali. The charges seemed appropriate, and I appreciated the discount for payment by check.
Always nice to see everyone at the office and come away with clean teeth!
I love my dentist visits...Everyone is great! Reminds me of what doctors offices were like in the days of MARCUS WELBY, MD...the TV show.
