I love Erieside Clinic in Willoughby. Dr. Ho and NP Laura Frycklund are fantastic. I've been going there for about 15 years. Wonderful neighborhood clinic. Staff is fantastic also.
Dr. Ho and That system normally my diabetic doctor Laura F. have treated me very well over the 12+ years I have been going to Erieside Medical. I do have trouble getting new prescriptions sent to the pharmacy from time to time but I also make sure I have at least 7 days of meds left when I call in to the doctors front desk. If I have an appointment coming up I check to see how many refills I have left so I can let the Dr. know what prescriptions I need called in to the pharmacy. Our system works pretty good.
Aug 5th Hay Fever Shot DIDN'T HAVE IT ! Call us Aug 10th. Tried to give me a physical All I need is a shot & Asthma Inhaler. Couldn't do the blood work. I ate.Try Sat Aug 6th Website says 9-Noon Wife calls at 11:00 Girl says leaving in 10 min Try AGAIN on Mon Aug 8th race there after work Sign in for blood at 4:00 In UNIFORM Soaking Wet Hot Truck Tired Weak & Hungry. Pediatrician sent my child away with anemia and he could have died. Was admitted to Rainbow Babies days after seeing him when he should have been aware of it then. They do not go above and beyond. Also good luck if you are in need of an emergency medication to be refilled.... can't get through to anyone. I wish I didn't have to give a star at all.
have been going there for 12 years. called to make appt. & the lady on the phone asked if i hurt myself & i told her 'no" that i was on my way to work. she refused to make me a appt. & told me to go to urgent care. she said the do not handle anything work related 7 kept repeating that sentence. i will be finding a new doctors office.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They made both me and my daughter feel comfortable right away. Erieside is great!
