RecommendedWe love our unit in Erie Station Village. We live in a 3 bedroom townhouse with a two garage. We have plenty of space in our unit and a nice covered patio. One of the great attributes of living here is that Maintenance is very responsive to our needs. As a former home owner, I am happy to have someone else shovel snow, mow the lawn and fix things that break in my unit. This is a nice community to live within and very centrally located.
We still get no power, we get no heat and it was freezing at night, everything in my fridge starting to melt, I cannot do my laundry, I am out of here! 😡🤒🤧
We moved here from a lake house in Ga 5 years ago. Do not want to ever leave my home here at Erie Station. All personnel are beyond helpful,nice,and efficient. Kindness is a 2way street and I believe you get what you give. Staff gives and gives. Great place
We have lived in ESV in one of the new villas since August 2014. We absolutely love it here!! Our home is spacious and comfortable with wonderful neighbors! The office manager, Renee, is outstanding, and along with Amy and Emily, they are all very caring and responsive to any problems. The maintenance staff is great, evidenced by the excellent snow removal this winter. We enjoy and appreciate that this is a very friendly pet area. We are so glad we chose to live here, and hope to for many years to come!
My husband and I have been residents here for 10 months. My compliments to Amy and Renee for their professional approach to personal issues allowing us to feel at ease..Thank YOU ladies.... ! The maintenance crew has constant attention to everyone here. When we need assistance, the crew is family for us! Thanks to all!
I've lived here since 2013 and I love it. It's definitely home.
