Had to hunt down someone to help in the shoe department because they were all too busy talking up front. Not a great selection of running shoes for someone with wide feet.
They are the absolute best!!!!!!! I always get what I need done in a quick paste
Just when we started to think that quality customer service no longer exists, we were waited on by Dan in the snowboard/ski department and we were blown away!! He not only went thru the different options and styles of helmets, boards, bindings, and boots, he also showed Taylor how to take things on and off and how to adjust his helmet, boots, and bindings. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful thru the whole process! Thank you Dan for your great service and all of your help! Taylor LOVES his new snowboarding gear!!
After searching multiple stores for my daughter's indoor soccer shoes, I finally found a pair at Erie Sport Store. Their selection was great and they had lots of socks to go with our purchase! The best part was the young lady in the shoe department. She was so sweet with my daughter and took such great care of us, showing us where everything we needed was. Amazing customer service! (And considering just before we were at a big box store and I had to seek out help and was pointed vaguely to an area, it was very refreshing)
