the service was fast. the two ladies that change my oil were vary nice. I will be taking my car back for now on
They did try to hustle me into the high-end synthetic oil for my 2007 Ford, but apart from that bit of marketing gamesmanship, they did a great job on my car. The oil was changed in about 10 minutes, and I was in the door and back out again in about 15min total. My time is valuable, and it's worth the premium price (about $65 for synthetic-blend or $40 for regular Penzoil) to not waste an entire morning waiting at the garage...
I am a frequent customer of this establishment. I have been going here for all of my vehicle fluid routine maintenance. At one point, the crew here was not up to par, and the customer service was rather bad. However, it has dramatically improved over time. During some time there was a shift in management, and a new female manager took over (Sorry I didn't get your name). She has done nothing but go above and beyond for her customers.
