I was convinced by a roofing company to file a claim for hail damage. The adjuster, Thomas Hamilton, came out pretty quickly and looked at a tiny spot of the roof for damage and left. There was no follow-up from Thomas for three weeks and he did not reply to my multiple emails. Eventually, he made a claim determination but sent it to somebody else's gmail account. Impossible to reach any of your adjusters and when you call the Indy office all she is good for is transferring you to the adjuster who won’t answer anyway

Basement flooded due to a significant rain event. While I'm at the "acceptance" stage of grief, my issue is no longer the lack of coverage, it is the way the insurer has treated my family.
