Anthony needs to be replace as an Erie agent. Erie needs to find someone who is more empathetic. I wanted to give 0 start but I am not allowed to do so.
Brady was my first agent Kyle was my second agent. Extreme negligence, poor communication, and zero accountability. I really liked Erie Insurance, especially my agent. After some research, I realized I was being robbed… I was paying $95 a month for liability ALONE. I thought it was a steal—even my agent told me there weren’t quotes lower than that! After some research, I discovered he was lying. My father has had Erie Insurance for years and one of his rental homes in north Webster, IN was destroyed by renter and condemned. He has paid insurance on the lakefront lot for $350k and home around $400k they only gave him $14k which is such bullshit I would never use Erie or recommend and my fathers account is no small one!
Stay away from this company. I have an excellent credit score. I paid my insurance to Erie for a full year in advance. They decide since I only tell the agent that I’m canceling and didn’t fill out their form that they can charge me for two months of insurance didn’t even realize they did it and get sent to collection. This is probably because their price quote for me doubled and I went elsewhere. I guess they had to make some money somehow what a shame.
