Stay away from this company. I have an excellent credit score. I paid my insurance to Erie for a full year in advance. They decide since I only tell the agent that I’m canceling and didn’t fill out their form that they can charge me for two months of insurance didn’t even realize they did it and get sent to collection. This is probably because their price quote for me doubled and I went elsewhere. I guess they had to make some money somehow what a shame.

I was convinced by a roofing company to file a claim for hail damage. The adjuster, Thomas Hamilton, came out pretty quickly and looked at a tiny spot of the roof for damage and left. There was no follow-up from Thomas for three weeks and he did not reply to my multiple emails. Eventually, he made a claim determination but sent it to somebody else's gmail account. Impossible to reach any of your adjusters and when you call the Indy office all she is good for is transferring you to the adjuster who won’t answer anyway

Basement flooded due to a significant rain event. While I'm at the "acceptance" stage of grief, my issue is no longer the lack of coverage, it is the way the insurer has treated my family. The adjuster, Kenya McCoy, apparently has issues with their phone.
