Impossible to reach any of your adjusters and when you call the Indy office all she is good for is transferring you to the adjuster who won’t answer anyway
Basement flooded due to a significant rain event. While I'm at the "acceptance" stage of grief, my issue is no longer the lack of coverage, it is the way the insurer has treated my family. Filed a hail claim and Erie only wants pay for half replacement on our asphalt roof. This is a complete joke and does nothing but harm the resell value of our home!! Trash can homeowners insurance!!
