If you ever get in a car accident, I hope it's not with someone who has this insurance. They quick to deem vehicles a total loss and tell you how to quickly get the money and what all to bring but when you call with questions, no one can answer or do their job. The customer services is awful. They don't mind blowing your phone up to talk to you but when you match the energy and try to call them back, then they can't answer when you call during business hours.
