We were so very pleased with our inspection by Jordan! As we are first time home buyers, Jordan answered our many questions we had and was always willing to help us. He was very thorough. Jordan was personable and it was not awkward following him around for 3 hours, like we originally thought it might be. The infrared tool he used was very necessary. Inspector left the back door unlocked on my condo, the curtains and blinds open. He reported that the dishwasher did not draw water, it had always worked, and after the inspection I tried it and it worked fine. He reported an active water leak by the water meter, there was no active leak. It was an old leak that had already been repaired and there was no water leaking. I would not use them.
We had Jordan do our inspection this week and he was awesome! So thorough and took his time. He was honest and we felt that he was actually being sincere and truthful with his accusations. His unbiased opinion was so appreciated. He also answered so many questions we had and insisted we call him if we had anymore. We highly recommend Erie inspection service! We will be returning if we are ever in need of an inspection again, thanks Jordan you did great!
I am a first time home buyer and to try to figure out the ins and outs of a house is alot to deal with. Getting an inspector as great as Jordan really paid off.
