Absolutely brilliant, personable, warm doctors and staff. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Called to make appointments for myself plus 2 family members. Front desk person was difficult to understand and resistant to answer if the office took Blue Cross insurance. She was anything but helpful and told me to call my insurance company and ask them. I asked to speak with someone else and the next person was tart, condescending and that was enough to cause me to go elsewhere.
There really aren’t enough words I can say about Dr. Donovan. After seeing 2 other foot and ankle “specialists” (I use that term loosely) I’m finally seeing a light at the end of a five year tunnel.
