Terrible customer service. We have a maintenance agreement with ECP and have to call them regularly to service our Sharp copier. They also do not keep items in stock for service. Always have to wait until they order it. This includes basic supplies such as toner and drums. What kind of “professional” company doesn’t keep the basics in stock?
