The absolute worst customer service ever!!! We eventually told the representative we were recording her, because she was so rude and she said she was calling the cops. The office staff no smiles just mad always. Never been treated so badly as I have with the reps here. Apparently there is no training and they do not have quality assurance on calls or record them so they talk to you however they like. absolutely disgusted.
Well I would give them a rating of -5 for their customer service, but you can’t. Apparently if you pay your bill 9 days early it is still late. Also they seem to like to hide what they are charging you by not putting the explanation of adj/pen on the bill. And I believe it time for some customer service training and the retire of the old bitter women that work there.
Erie Water Works upgraded... I mean downgraded.. Their new web site payment system. and it is NOT for the better. If you use their online system to pay bills, and have not registered with the new system, that came into effect on the 4th, then you may want to read how some brainless twit that made it, screwed it up. NO information has been pulled over from the old one, so you will have to register again.. Evidently, the brainless twits over there can not figure out how to do ...Continue Reading
