TOOK MONEY FOR A SERVICE HE NEVER INTENDED ON PROVIDING!!!!! The owner Kris Hess was hired and paid in full for a wedding back in May 2025 through a catering company called Erie Catering & Events. He was contacted multiple times since December of there no longer being a wedding due to bride calling off the wedding and the groom and his parents who paid for everything stuck with thousands of dollars invested. I had the pleasure of working with Erie Catering and Events for my wedding on 11/02/24. Kris and his crew were amazing. He made it such an easy process working with him. He made sure to always stay in contact with me and answer any questions we had. The food was absolutely amazing. My guests loved it as well. I would definitely recommend using Erie Catering and Events for any major event you may have! He made our wedding planning way less stressful with how helpful he was.
We had them cater our intimate wedding and LOVED their food! We didn't get a chance to go taste test their menu beforehand so we were a little nervous about that, but every single thing we got catered was delicious! I would definitely work with them again!
The staff was so nice and efficient. We felt so catered to as Kris made my husband and I’s plate and brought it to our table ☺️ Great food as well! We will book again if we ever need a catering company.
There is no caterer that I would recommend more than Erie Catering and Events. When planning my wedding - I spoke with and talked to a lot of different caterers and no one compared. I worked with Kris for my wedding and he helped make the experience delightful from beginning to end. I have had so many of my guests tell me that it was the absolute best wedding food they have ever had. And I can't say I disagree. Everyone keeps asking me about the Mac and Cheese. Go with Erie Catering and Events, they won't disappoint.
