The dealer emailed me and was accessible via phone. The vehicle had undisclosed mileage concerns on the Cargurus site. The dealer volunteered mileage discrepancies (obvious on Carfax), upon my test drive AND the vehicle had significant debris (silt?) in seat bolts and upholstery. I declined and personally am thankful for the "near miss".
eRides dealer was quick to respond to my inquiry and the truck was as accurately describe on the internet. The truck was clean and ready for test-drive and drove steady. eRide’s dealership staff was friendly and accommodating. eRide presented the truck with the best detail presentation inside and out. I am happy with my truck and my experience with eRide. I would recommend eRide to others looking to buy.
