Installed my carrier barring upside down and bent my drive shaft issued no refund and to pay $3500 to fix from another shop! WORST EXPERIENCE FROM THIS PLACE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! Also left it misaligned as well! Negative stars review
Finally! An EXCELLENT alternative to the Toyota Dealership ! I've owned 3 Toyota trucks, and always use OEM parts and Dealer service. I knew I paid a $ premium, but liked certified tech assurance. Always the best service. Eric’s team is honest, trustworthy and offers fair pricing. Last visit they found an issue with a tire that was part of an accident repair done at another shop. I can’t thank them enough for pointing it out so I could go back and get that replaced. Eric’s Wrench is great.
Oh happy days, I found my shop! I'm new in town and so thankful I don't have to deal with the dealerships for my repairs. Check engine light can mean anything, but they found the problem and corrected it. I don't feel like I got ripped off, which is a good thing! Good customer service and friendly. I like to support small businesses when I can. I'm 73 and want to keep my old 2005 car running till I die!
