My father, myself and my husband all brought tires “with warranty” last June. My fathers tires had a lump on it and so does my husbands tires and they say its not covered under warranty or go back when the owner is there. Catch is he never is there. And they say they dont keep records on their computer if you dont have your receipt. Worse experience ever. We will not be buying from there again. So even with the receipt we werent able to do anything about the tires, 3 out of 4 tires have lumps on them.
We had a blow-out on our RV heading north from Florida Tuesday and was direct to Eric's tire by the Pines RV Campground folk's in tifton where we pulled into for repair's. Mike at Eric's was excellent. He quickly sourced a set of 4 suitable tires for delivery overnight for a very reasonable price and he and his fellow employee's got them installed very quickly the next day.
