RecommendedMe and my wife are new to Tifton and her car had a low rear tire that was losing air. I found Eric's and went by there on a Saturday afternoon to get it checked out. Although very busy (usually a hallmark of a good busniess) they were able to get to me in a quick manner. They removed the tire and discovered it had a large screw in it as well as some wire showing on the inside. The technician searched their inventory and found a quality used tire. Eric and I built a working relationship right after he opened Eric’s tires. Professional and caring of his customers kept me coming back every time I had a tire issue or just needed a set of tires. Today I would consider Eric more than a tire professional, but also a friend. We only do business with Eric and his team. Michael “Eric’s Shop Forman” also has played a big part in my company’s continued business. If you need tires or any service as they have expanded I highly recommend Eric’s Tires.
We were traveling from Illinois to Florida and we ended up at a gas station with a broken rim and flat tire. We called Eric’s Tire Shop and they came right out and got us all fixed up and back on the road!!! Thank you so much!!!
I've given this place business for several years. Just spent over $300 for 2 new tires, then spent another $300 for brakes and alignment..All through them just to find I had a broken piece that was required before alignment. So I was quoted another $330 for the parts and 2 hours labor. It only took one hour exactly. But I was still charged for an extra hour of labor, All because the "books" say so?? This is a honest and hard working business.
I’m absolutely fed up with flat tires, and everything associated with them. I just got off work after a long, really bad day and I knew I had to go have my tire looked at because when I got up this morning, it was to the ground flat. Not only did Michael come to where /I/ was and put air in it for me, he personally helped me figure out what the problem was.
