Eric's Restaurant is a popular eatery and is a study in contrasts: bright white walls against a dark wood floor. There are long lines of hungry patrons and yet a spacious, uncrowded dining room. The cuisine, artfully rendered Hunan, is equally contrasting. Flavors are at once sour and sweet, spicy and smoky, salty and tangy. The Mango Prawns is an excellent example. Eric's is my favorite local Chinese restaurant. Been eating there since it opened. good food, good prices.
Food wasn't very good. Ambiance has NEVER been very good.
Very good food and friendly service! We have been going to Eric's due to the quality and consistency.
I took my Mom here for lunch. We had wonderful experience, and she told me it was the best Chinese food she's ever had! I've lived nearby for years ... forgot how great Eric's is.
Eric's is my traditional Christmas Eve dinner place, and our dinner was delicious as it always is, no matter how busy the staff is always friendly and helpful. Thank you Eric's for being a part of my holiday tradition.

Love this up-to-date Chinese restaurant. I tried it years ago when they first opened in SF. Wasn't expecting it to surpass Chinatown restaurants but to me it usually does as the food tastes consistently fresh. Whenever I go back to Noe Valley I love to go here.

I can come to this restaurant over and over again! The food is delightful, fresh, crisp vegetables cooked just right. And an excellent service. My favorite Chinese restaurant in the city!
