Eric did an amazing job figuring out why the front bedroom was not heating up as well as the rest of the house. HVAC system is working like a champ and the vent/duct work looks solid. Prices were fair to boot! It is hard to find honest companies these days that don’t charge an arm and a leg in OKC.
I want to highly recommend Erick with Erick's Refrigeration if you need any heat and air service. Erick is punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and honest. At my age, I have used several heat and air companies and I will only by using Eric from now on.
We have relied on Eric for our home and small business heat and air conditioning needs for several year. He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He will not try to replace a unit that doesn't need to be, even though he would make more money if he did. I can't think of a time when we've had to have him come back out because the issue was misdiagnosed or not fixed correctly the first time.
Very knowledgeable and friendly. We contacted him the morning our heater when out and he was over to our house to investigate the problem within an hour. He stayed and completed the entire project and explained everything he did to my husband and I after. 10/10 great experience. Will definitely call him again if we have any issues at home in the future.
We are so happy we called Eric! He got out the next day and fixed our AC fan motor for a very reasonable price! So grateful we were referred to him! Our house is cool again! Thanks Eric! Wanted to add to this review and let everyone know that Eric once again came through for us when our main heating system went out during this cold weekend. He came out first thing this morning and fixed our problem, and was very courteous and professional! Thank you so much, Eric!
