I first posted about being a single mother with a flat tire, Eric seemed so kind, offering to change my oil and my tires. He even came to my driveway to see if he could help, and I really thought he meant it. My car had become a bit of a mess, so I had Eric come out for a mobile detailing on a friend's recommendation. Outstanding attention to detail and top to bottom it hasn't looked that good since it was new. Even though it was first thing in the morning, he was there on time (in fact he was a few minutes early) and ready to go.
Eric obviously my name is not dolly doll! I booked with you and the first time you said you had a glitch in the system which gave me an already booked appointment so you rebooked me to another time. Then apparently you came to my place but had never knocked or called because you had the trailer with you and had to disconnect it and said you would return at 6. Eric's punctual, polite, and an insane worker. Knocked out my tire swap in like 25 mins. All the while chatting it up with me. I will never do tires again in my life after dealing with Eric.
