I just reached out to Erics Florist, keep in mind it's 4:52pm on a Monday (they answered even though it was close to closing time). Not only did sweet Rosie take my call, she was mindful of making sure my guest received their flowers before the winter storm coming (she thought ahead)...and she accommodated a budget I had set that was fair for both of us. Very good service
Very disappointed, we placed an order for a very special friends service and the didn't show up. Yes we got our money back, but that didn't help the fact our friends didn't have something from us to show we cared on that day.
