Love, Love, Love the ring Eric created. A while back, my wedding set was repaired by another jeweler. It did not turn out well. I was very upset. Most places told me to just buy another. Not Eric, he agreed to use my original wedding set, and with us designed an updated piece that kept the same feel as original set. I absolutely love it. Couldn't be happier with the creation or the service. This is not the first time Eric's has helped our family preserve a piece of jewelry history. A true craftsman. Everyone was wonderful.
Love the engagement & wedding ring set my husband set picked out for me 14yrs ago. The "Love Diamond " is etched in the main diamond. My husband was concerned about how the the ring & diamonds would hold up due to my work & activities. They're just as nice & beautiful as when I received them from the Love of my life.
We were shopping for a wedding ring all around Eau Claire. Most of the stores we visited seemed to be more concerned about making a quick sale. We decided to check out Eric's because we were running out of options. What a great move on our part! Eric is a very polite man and was more concerned about us getting exactly what we wanted at the price point we needed to be at, rather than making a quick sale. He made the process enjoyable, and easy. My wife is so happy about her one of a kind custom ring!
The staff at Eric's are great to work with, they couldn't have understood what I wanted any better! Super happy with my custom engagement ring!!
