Had my car towed to Erickson's when it blew an oil hose. The outstanding staff at Erickson's checked out my car, found the defective part was under factory recall, and suggested I have the dealer fix it for free. Erickson's did not even charge me for the evaluation! I feel they were incredibly honest and helpful and took excellent care of us! I would not hesitate to recommend the shop. Although they specialize in Jeeps, they work on all types of cars and trucks. Great people.

I took my car into Erickson's a few weeks ago because I wasn't getting any heat out of the heater. (Brrr!) Bill discovered that this particular problem had a special 10 year warranty on it and referred me to a dealer to get the repair done for free. A less honest mechanic would have just fixed my problem and charged me for it. Thanks for the extra effort and honesty!
Finally! I have a place I go where I don't feel taken advantage of for simply being a woman and knowing nothing about vehicle maintenance! The owner, Bill, is reliable and honest :) I highly recommend this shop :) def worth the drive! Oh - and if you happen to need to have your car there all day then Bill will set up for a rental to be there waiting for you and he will pay for half of the $30 charge so you get a rental for the day for only $15!!! Talk about awesome!!!
