This is my first contact with this business. The young lady in the office was very helpful in explaining the options that I had with the emissions evaluation which I was there for. I learned that I was even able to pay for my DMV registration along with the cost of the DMV test, saving me the bother of having to either go to the DMV or send the renewal in by mail or on line. Ericsson's accepts credit cards and they Do NOT charge for conducting the emissions testing other than what is the mandatory fee that goes to the DMV. M... read more

I found Erickson's because they offered a DEQ test which saved me a trip out to Sherwood. Then I found Erickson's would not even charge for it! So of course I decided to take my car back for service and I am extremely pleased. Bill and his team are so straight-forward and don't try to "up sell" a bunch of stuff you don't need. We like to keep our cars for 10+ years and the key is to find a trustworthy mechanic and shop. We found ours...Erickson's! Thanks so much.
