I have tried to "stay local" and use Moline business's. We needed to modify our main level bath to become handicap accessible with a new shower component on an old, non-working faucet and improve kitchen water flow. After an initial visit, we recieved a vague quote. Several emails and calls over weeks, we got a better explanation of the scope-of-work. So, Im not sure why they say 24 hour services and after hours. I called and they said that they could schedule for later in the week, and I asked about emergency services. She said they could do that but it would be time and a half, which I agreed to. She said she would do that and then put me on a brief hold. She came back and let me know they didn't have time for any extra work currently. My take away - DON'T CALL in case of emergencies.
5 star service! The technician Jacob was excellent, and the work was completed quickly. The guys cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond to ensure it's all satisfactorily completed. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
I’m remodeling a bathroom and I have boiler heat, I needed to move my baseboard heater to a different wall to accommodate moving of the tub, when I called the office a lady kindly took my information and scheduled someone to come out that Friday, I waited around for a couple hours thinking maybe he got hung up it was also snowy so I was trying to be nice by giving him time.
