I had a mixed experience at this shop. They refused to work on my vehicle due to a miscommunication from their receptionists, which was frustrating. Additionally, I encountered a less-than-friendly attitude from the owner. If you're looking for a welcoming and judgment-free experience, this may not be the right place for you

If I could give 10 stars I would, in this case 5 does not seem like enough. This family owned business truly cares about their clients. My parents have been going to Erickson for over 40 years. My elderly mom recently had a problem with a flat tire. Knowing she had purchased new tires from Erickson recently I decided to call and see if there was any warranty available.
