Would you recommend this dermatologist to others? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Maybe, I'm not sure if I loved them that much. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty comfortable. I didn't mind waiting at all.

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

No, they were very calm and understanding Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

No Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
