Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider have helpful information available online? No, just a basic listings page

Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

I would not feel safe at all in his care after this experience. They never left me for an extended period of time. He needs to pay a little more attention to detail, and make sure he didn't make any mistakes. It seemed he just wanted to get the job done quickly and onto the next patient, thus, the few things that were supposed to be removed on my skin never worked, in fact, it is the same or worse as before I went to this doctor, and the pain was horrible.
