Don't do it. I've been apatient of Windcrest Medical Center for almost 20 years when I followed my family Dr. there. For the last 3 years they have fail to submit correct billing codes to insurance. Christy in the office is unconcerned with the problems she has caused me. I'm ignored and written off by her incompetence. The office refuses to give me her bosses contact info so I can get the help I need. $900 IN LAB bills is not her concern. If anyone has her bosses contact information I would appreciate it.
