This is my first time here because I was recommended due to its “high reputation”. However, my expectations were crushed since I’m currently in the waiting room for over an hour and still haven’t been taken care of. This is my last visit and I warn everyone else that reads this post to not come here unless you have lots of times in your hand. I have been using Pediatric Associates since the day my son was born over 8 years ago. His doctor is really great and she is worth the wait (because you will sit there and wait for a ridiculous amount of time). Over time this place has become a nightmare to deal with. There is no compassion & no customer service values here. Administratively speaking, they are a hot mess. I've received better treatment & faster service at the DMV. I call about a referral about two weeks ago, they gave me the wrong one so I called again the day of my appointment I went there to pick it up it wasn’t ready. I have to cancel my child appointment for the second time because of the referral.
