I was calling to have a bouquet made with particular flowers and as she was the one open at 6:00PM I was going to drive. I called, asked one question, and was rudely cut off and hung up on. Bizarre experience. I will definitely just use my regular florist within business hours from now on. Looking through reviews I am not the only one to get this horrible treatment.

Called to inquire if bouquets were available for purchase on a walk-in basis. The person who answered the phone said she doesn’t answer questions and hung up on me. Odd experience, unfortunately, because the flower arrangements in the photos look beautiful. UPDATE: She called me a scammer for no reason. My question seemed pretty reasonable…? Good luck if trying to do business here.

I called to order flowers for a funeral. Erica (who answered the phone) was incredibly rude from the moment she picked up my call. I didn't end up ording anything because she told me her minimum is $300 for an arrangement to be delivered a 3 minute drive away. Edit to add, this was for a small arrangement to be delivered as sympathy, not a casket spray or large coordinating piece, but those questions weren't asked. So, maybe $300 is just your going rate for all arrangements, but that seems a bit crazy if it is.

We used Erica to help deliver last minute flowers to the Baird Center. She came through and delivered the beautiful arrangements in less than 2 hours. Our client was thrilled! You cant go wrong choosing Erica's, she the best and has the most creative eye :)
