Placed my order at 9am and was called around 10am asking what time I needed the arrangement delivered. I said ideally before 3pm that day. She abruptly said she couldn’t do that and said she’d just cancel the order. I would have assumed she would have sounded more accommodating and instead tell me when she could deliver it and what time frame instead of just rushing to cancel the order. Literally the best experience hands down. I was ordering flowers for my boyfriend for his birthday. I’m out of state and was really flustered trying to make something happen last minute. Amazing customer service, beautiful bouquet, and the communication was great. Really went above and beyond to make everything happen and was kind enough to deliver & work with my budget. Will definitely be using again you can’t go wrong here!
Erica is AMAZING! We are from another state and needed to get an order in last minute before Christmas and Erica pulled out all of the stops. Not only did she make a stunning arrangement but she went above and beyond to get it made in record time and then delivered it! The quality and attention to detail was exquisite. My aunt has been battling cancer and Erica was a super genius and made the arrangement with long lasting flowers to bring her cheer for days to come. Look no further, this florist is the best!
