Erica is a hidden gem. She cares so much, is so knowledgeable, never judges, takes the time to explain literally everything, and genuinely has your best interest in mind. She and her other staff are through and quick to respond on MyChart too, which isn’t common sadly. I am so happy to have found her. I even have my father switched over to her as his PCP too! I’ve been coming here since 2023. I loved NP Erica so much that I referred all my family and friends to her. My mom, dad, grandma, husband and various friends. I respect her opinion so I went in for my annual and wanted to discuss some additional things. I was told practice policy is that we can only discuss one issue per visit. She is very thorough and her bed side manners are amazing. Issues are resolved quickly and health concerns are addressed swiftly.
