Dr. Cohen continues to be amazing. I have a complicated case, and she has been incredibly thorough and collaborative with a multidisciplinary team and other specialists to make sure I’m getting the best care. Just finished my scope with Dr. Cohen last week. She is outstanding. Perfect trip with her. Her guidance the days before the procedure was timely, accurate, helpful; she talked to me at length and in detail just before the procedure occurring; and afterwards allayed all of my concerns and was literally bedside as I woke up from the sedative. Erica Cohen is the worst. When I had a failed Colonoscooy with her she blamed my tortuous colon and totally lacked empathy. She was outright rude and unprofessional. This despite the fact that I followed all the directions for the prep and alerted the practice beforehand that things did not seem to be proceeding well. I do not recommend her and would give her zero stars if I could. I had to have another Colonoscooy wi six months and the whole episode was traumatic and costly. The next doctor was much better and I succeeded.
