We recently sold our house in east Cobb for the list price with Erica Pirtle’s help and guidance. Erica was instrumental in helping us with timelines and contractor suggestions as we followed the suggestions for repairs and improvements to maximize our sale potential. We had a relatively short time frame to accomplish the move out of state. Erica gave us feedback and endless support every step of the way and I don’t believe we would have done it without her support. She truly cares about her clients.

Erica is incredible. From our first meeting where she was giving us an overview of the whole home-buying process it was clear that she understands how intimidating everything is for first-time buyers.
