Erica was very helpful on my journey to the American dream of homeownership. She went above and beyond to make this experience smooth and enjoyable. Erica is amazing. My husband and I enjoyed working with Erica. No pressure during the house shopping period and quick to arrange open house. She is very flexible on days and time, which helps tremendously because I work a typical M-F 8-5 with kids. Once we got our offer accepted, she guided me on each step or what to expect next. She also checked on me periodically during the waiting/inspection time just to make sure I didn’t have any questions or just to even talk about my nerve during those period. Erica was absolutely amazing to work with . We were moving my parents out of the city that they had lived in for decades and selling their home. Erica was patient and worked well with my parents and some of the limitations on showings and such due to my dad's illness. She communicated not only with them but also kept me in the loop on timelines, marketing strategies, and her overall communication with the family thru the whole process was wonderful.
