I had an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon, I realized on Friday afternoon I wouldn’t make it in. I attempted to call on Friday around 2pm but the office was closed for the day. I thought I would give them a call on Monday morning (still over a 24 hour heads up on cancelation) which I did and was told I was too late and would still be charged a late fee. Dr. Haskett is a wonderful dentist. She is kind, professional, and truly cares about her patients. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for quality dental care. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment today because I couldn’t find anyone to cover me at work after another employee didn’t show up. It was completely out of my control. I was very disappointed to learn that I would be charged a $75 cancellation fee. In my opinion, that’s excessive. I could understand a $25 fee, but $75 is a significant amount ... read more
Dr Haskett, is extremely knowledgeable and treats her patients with kindness, respect, and compassion. She takes time to make sure each patient is satisfied with their care and is very thorough with explaining their diagnosis to them, offering different treatments options, etc. She's a great dentist. I highly recommend her and all of her staff.
Dr. Haskett is wonderful and the office provides top notch service. You cannot go wrong with choosing this office for all your family dental care.
