This Dr has set it up to ruin my vision and ruin my character so I cannot get treatment from any other doctor. When I was referred to her from my previous Dr it was with bitterness and Alicia said she could make it so I could see again. VERY LONG WAIT TIMES IN OFFICE!! Dr Ballard was great with my mom and her surgery and very attentive. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the office is so busy and chaotic!! Patients in the waiting room seem to be filing in/out of other rooms with no idea what is expected next. There is a lot of “wait here and your name will be called” to only go to another room for something else prior to seeing doctor. With so many doctors seeing patients it takes forever to check in (we were 15 min earlier than our request... read more
