Dr. Wang was very dismissive of my symptoms after I experienced a bad sinus infection for over a month and lingering symptoms at 2 months. He came in with a defensive attitude, didn’t take the time to hear me out first and he already had prepared what he was going to say, which was basically that he couldn’t do anything for me and that he didn’t think my problems were related to the nose. I had nasel surgery for infection on both sides. Never had an IV let alone general anesthesia. The whole experience was outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Wang and his team. The nurses at UPMC Presby are compassionate, caring, & very professional. I had no, zero real pain or post op problems. Dr. Wang is excellent!
Dr Wang, his nurse Julianna, staff, and associates have been amazingly awesome! I've been through 2 other ENT specialists who didn't know what it was and just wanted to watch the tumor (one biopsied and misdiagnosed me). He biopsied it and diagnosed me with a rare saliva gland cancer. His staff has done extremely well at answering my millions of questions and giving me harsh news in the best manners possible. Dr. Wang is extremely skilled and experienced. He was able to quickly ascertain the best course of action to deal with my chronic nasal obstruction. He performed a septoplasty and bi-lateral turbinate reduction and left sided turbinate outfracture in May of 2023. Communication before, during and after surgery was exemplary.
