On Feb 18, 2025 I have an appointment for Dr valle to do 6 months follow up prophylaxis with registered hygienist elvia. The appointment was a chaos. The staff changed the hygienist from confirmed appointment Elvia to Jessica without my knowledge. Then the staff told me to pay for my bitewing x-ray out of pocket when they are covered by dental insurance. I told the staff dental assistant to treat me good or I walk out.
