Dr. Waterman is a great provider, I always feel safe when he is performing my injections. Now my skin is smooth and clear as can be -- I am already in the books for my next session, I won't be going anywhere else. The office in Madison Park is wonderful and relaxing, a fun lakeside neighborhood with beautiful gardens and restaurants just up the block. I always make a day of it, and I always have a great time!
I've seen other ENT specialist and Dr Waterman is the best! He truly cares about helping his patients is kind and very knowledgeable. this is the first time in over 20 years that I haven't been on an antibiotic during the winter season. I recommend him to everyone
Massive nose bleed over weekend in ER. He made time to see us Monday and was so quick and gentle, easy to work with. Removed packing without pain, sealed everything and all was good. Overall a very professional, thorough and easy visit to end a very painful weekend. We could not be happier with his performance!
We're done tonsillitis and adenoids surgery six days ago for my little daughter which is 4 years old.. Dr. Waterman was so gentle and friendly with my little pumpkin.. He was so helpful at this hard time for us.. I am really recommended to see Dr. Waterman if you need to find a ear nose through specialist... God bless you Dr. Waterman for your hard work.!!!!
The staff was very friendly and easy to talk with. I was nervous when I saw all the equipment and two of the Assistants (MA?) talked with me to ease my concerns. Dr. Waterman was professional and easy to talk with. He listened for understanding and was clear about what he was planning to do and what he thought next steps should be. Thanks to all for making it an easy appointment for me.
Eric is very unprofessional. He said he would give me a doctors note for a medical disibility. I told him the situation and he agreed. When HR called him for follow up he withdrew the note without notifying me and he didn't bother to tell me why. It was uncaring and hurtful. I would not recommend a doctor that can be 2 face like that.
We have a good resulted We had to wait for a little while but he wasn't not bad at all thanks dr waterman
