My experience was wonderful! Doctor Waterman is extremely knowledgeable, caring and empathetic doctor with a great staff in the office! Couldn’t be any happier with my surgery, and everything was very smooth and well executed! Never waited more than 5 minutes for responses, all my requests and concerns were resolved immediately! I saw Dr Watterman in Bellevue for a consult on a cosmetic rhinoplasty. He was thorough, patient, and answered all my questions. Scheduling was a breeze and his staff were polite and professional. The only hiccup was an incorrectly recorded email address for me that delayed getting the fee information for the procedure. (Could have been my less than stellar handwriting.) I’ve not yet scheduled the procedure, so I can’t speak to a surgical outcome.
This doctor ruined my nose.
This doctor treated me like a guineapig and ruined my face. Then he refused to take responsibility.
tl;dr - Wasted my time with bad scheduling and no accountability. Didn't send referral to imaging like they were supposed to. Tells me my case is not urgent and that the best I can hope for is to be seen over a month later. I went to see Doctor Waterman for sinus issues. I've been going to him for sinus problems for over 5 years. I haven't had to go as often because he found what was causing my problems and fixed it. I've been to other otolaryngologist in the area before him and I give him a 5. He listens and wants to make it better for you and he has.
Dr Eric Waterman performed my surgeries very inefficiently and unprofessionally. Very frustrating.

Thank you, Dr. Waterman! I am much more confident with my nose fixed. During college I broke it a couple times and never got treated, now about 8 years later I was ready to get it fixed. No more breathing trouble like before, and it looks more symmetrical now. I would recommend Dr Waterman to anyone looking for a nose job. His staff helped make the process much less stressful than I expected, and my nose is looking better and better.
