My horrific experience started in 2020. I went in because I had missing teeth in the upper back. I was looking to get a partial. After, selling me on upper reconstruction with porcelain bridges and veneers on the front. I went for it. Between, 2020-2023, I had my bridge break twice and a veneer fell off 3 times, several teeth died that caused several abscess( ER visits/ dr visits) and ALL my upper teeth had root canals. Worst dentist I had in over 25 years (between TX and NC)! First of all, let me share my terrible experience.Dr Moskowitz is my dentist. He did a filling on my tooth a month ago. 4 weeks later I started experiencing a major toothache. It started on Thursday. I called the office the next day, they were closed. It got worse and I had to go to the Urgent care the next day, since I had fever, swelling in my face and major tooth pain. They put me on antibiotics, gave me pain meds and told me to see my dentist. I had my first appointment with Dr. Moskowitz yesterday and having been to so many different dentists you can't go wrong choosing him and his WONDERFUL staff to take care of your teeth. I had 2 cracked crowns for a long time, along with another problem which we addressed. Instead of saying ok, yes let's replace those crowns Dr. took extra time to look at xrays to determine what was going to be the best treatment for me. The visit was on schedule; and on time, Staff welcomed me at the front desk with a smile and called me by my 1st name. Wendy did an excellent cleaning procedure and very cordial during the procedure. She was humming when I came into the room.. She obviously loves music as I do. Dr. examined my teeth & gave me a good "bill of teeth". Easy checkout was and made my next appointment . Front desk called my wife and left her a voicemail that my visit was completed and where to pick me up.
