Eric is spamming my email and I’m not sure why. I never signed up for his emails or asked for a quote or for him to contact me. When I click unsubscribe it wants me to type in my email address, but I don’t know which address he is sending to because it is BCCed and I have several that feed into the same inbox. I’m not impressed with your marketing tactics Eric and I will continue to use GEICO where I have gotten excellent service on all claims and I haven’t gotten any SPAM email.
So frustrated! This is not the first time this has happened. Called in our payment and it was never withdrawn from our bank account so called back after realizing this and they have no record of us calling to pay, so we have to pay for the week of non coverage and next months bill too. "There's nothing else they can do" is a lame excuse. Horrible customer service! Not awesome when you budget out your bills and had to pay double up front. Switching insurance companies ASAP. SO over dealing with this.
