We worked with Eric Smallridge for well over a year to find our home. While we were in no particular hurry and fairly specific in our needs, the market was challenging and not without some disappointments. Throughout, Eric listened, was patient, warm and available. He possesses professional expertise, knowledge of the area and a network of business relationships to fill in any gaps. Now, after all of his hard work and professionalism, he also feels like family.
Eric was super professional and caring through the process. This is the 3rd time I have used him to buy or sell a home. Always very straightforward and honest and kept me informed all the way through
Eric made selling my house practically painless. It’s a stressful activity no matter how good your agent is, but Eric kept the stress to a minimum. He updated me on progress often and was very clear in his communication. He was very organized, had a strategy in mind, and knows his way around the real estate business. I hope I never have to sell a house in the Tallahassee area again, but if I do, I’ll gladly hire Eric again.
