Thank you for exceeding my expectations - I highly recommend; I was extremely happy with Dr. Silverstein and all the staff I interacted with in this office (I wish I remembered the nurses name, she was caring and delightful!). I was very nervous and expected the appointment to be painful as a procedure on my toe was required - I experienced ZERO pain (just the minor pricks you from shots of lidocaine). Went in the ER about 2 Monday afternoon was admitted that night a person came in look at my toe that day the Dr was there the next day only because of surgeries Thursday x-rays and a MRI and by Friday 6:00 my toe was gone and by doing so when he did saved my foot or more from a infection that had started on the bone. This is not the first time I have delt with surgeons and everyone was relaxed professionals with exemplary knowledge and skills and as always the nurse's and aids were awesome and when needed advocated for me . ... read more
He is a amazing doctor. Great bed side manner . He also explained this very well so we understood everything. He has done an amazing job with saving my husband leg . He had a life threatening infection .I dono were we would be with this if he did not work on my husband with his team of doctors and nurses at hartford hospital ty so much ..........
I'm left with a large medical bill and my medical issue is worse. Not only was my medical issue not resolved and is actually worse than before I came here, this office did not notify me that insurance was not covering my visits and continued to schedule me. Each visit I waited at least 45 mins after scheduled time and saw the doctor for less than 10 mins, where he simply put an ointment on my foot. I'm paying almost $500 PER VISIT for that?!?!?
