My husband went to Dr. Smith today and had a fantastic experience! Being in the dental feild myself, I am very particular in the care my family receives, we were all extremely pleased with the entire experience! From scheduling with the customer service expert Kayla, to the gentle care of the hygienist, and detailed explanation of treatment by Dr. Smith. We couldn't have chosen a better office! They even accomidated my 8 year old who had to tag along! Dr. Smith and his entire team are caring, professional, and so much fun!
Best dentist and staff ever! I have moved away and drive the hour drive as I don’t want to give them up! Very gentle hygienists and Kayla (office manager and front desk) is absolutely amazing!
I’m not the review writing type but being a small business owner myself I appreciate honest reviews. I have been seeing Eric now for a few years, he and his staff have always gone above and beyond with my dental cries. Considering I’m not the going to the dentist type either, they have always managed to do a wonderful job for me.
Thank you Dr. Smith for taking such great care of my hubby-to-be! Your staff was amazing with getting him in promptly after realizing his molar broke and he needed an immediate root canal!
