I attended Dr. Schmidt's office for an MRI review. I had called in earlier to confirm my appointment, and they said Dr. is ready to see me. I went 15 minutes early. They first asked me to fill out some paperwork (which was a bit agitating since I had filled them out before). They called my name 15 minutes AFTER my appointment. I waited for another 10 minutes in the patient room before a nurse came in to ask me whether or not I had my MRIs. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
